Hi, I'm Michael Ostendorp.
I remember when my mother gave me a camera in elementary school. {And yes, it was a film camera!} I realized I could capture both moments in time and how I felt about those moments. From then on my passion for photography only grew.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. In my work I strive to do that, and tell my clients' stories. The growing confidence of an aspiring model. The sparkle in a little boy's eyes holding a wrapped present. The warm hug between an expectant mother and her firstborn daughter. These are the moments – the stories - we want to remember and cherish. And nothing makes me happier than capturing that for a client.
When I'm not photographing people, I'm photographing houses for some of New Jersey's top real estate agents, flying my drone to get a different perspective from above, or out late at night capturing night photography just for myself.
